Where are we?
Vila Familia Hvar is located in a pine forest 70 meters away from the sea coast, 150 meters from the nearest beach.
It is in a quiet place named Basina that is located in one of the best looking basins on the island of Hvar.
Basina is an ideal place for a holiday or a vacation because of its position, a quiet and calm location, a bay protected from the summer winds, so swimming in the sea offers a unique experience.
This picturesque place is surrounded by a dense pine forest, fields of olive trees, grape vines and lavender (which is an ideal opportunity for walking and cycling enthusisats), a clean sea rich with many different species of shells and fish, which is very attractive for scuba divers.
Other places on the island are very close and easily accessible because of the good road networks and connections, so that detours of many cultural and historical monuments, or buying supplies and going to restaurants and bars, as well as nightlife do not pose any problems (Jelsa- 7km, Starigrad- 7km, Vrboska- 3km, town of Hvar 25- km).
